Q&A
Do I need to have any prior experience, facilitation skills or knowledge?
No! We offer a comprehensive background in holding sacred space and facilitation. Many of our participants have a background in holistic healing modalities (i.e. breathwork, yoga, Reiki) however, this is not required. Many choose to also complement their signature offering with other modalities and certifications to enhance the suite of offerings and value they can offer the world, though this isn’t a requirement and we are happy to suggest trainings that may be of highest service for you as you share your magic with confidence!
Is this training for me even if I may not want to offer anything as facilitator myself?
Yes, perhaps you would love to learn for the sake of your soul’s expansion on your path, and that is beautifully welcomed!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer a payment in full option or deposit of 50% to hold your enrollment and the remainder due in cash or online via one of our accepted payment methods (Revolut, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Wise) the day prior to the first day of the retreat. What is your cancellation policy?
Once we receive a deposit, you are committing to yourself and to us that you will be part of the training. Therefore, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. With respect for the high demand for scheduling our experiences and trainings, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend or complete the program or session for any reason.
Where is Puerto Viejo?
Nestled along the stunning Caribbean coastline, our idyllic haven offers everything you need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and embark on a rejuvenating journey of relaxation and tuning inwards. Imagine basking in the golden sunshine on our beautiful beaches, dipping your toes into the pristine blue ocean, and immersing yourself in the rich culture and natural beauty of this Central American gem. We are located in the fertile, lush jungle and beaches of Playa Cocles, Playa Chiquita and Punta Uva, located in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica.
This is the center of biodiversity of the world. Puerto Viejo, where the jungle meets the sea, is nestled on the Caribbean Coast. Serene beaches within walking distance, waterfalls, national parks, and jungle walks are all in the surrounding areas. So many gorgeous, intimate, private beaches, overlooks, and vistas.
How To Get There? (Flights, Airport Transfers, Buses, Trains)
Arrive at San Jose Airport (SJO) in Costa Rica.
Option to fly domestically to Limon and take bus, taxi, or shuttle for 1 hour to Puerto Viejo.
You can also take a bus or shuttle from San Jose for about 5 hours.
Please note that guests are responsible for making their own way to and from the retreat location, this is not included in the price.
What about my accommodation?
Acommodations are not included in the tuition of this training and you can book your own accommodation based on your personal preferences. Our training shala is located at Aguas Claras Boutique Resort in Playa Cocles. We recommend staying in Playa Cocles or Playa Chiquita within walking or cycling distance, or renting a vehicle (scooter or bicycle are great options!). You will receive a list with our recommendations after your booking of the training.
